The person filling this position will be responsible for assisting the Pastoral and Ministerial Staff and teams in maintaining and advancing operational aspects of Thompson Station Church. Duties will include clerical and administrative work, project oversight, financial/accounting assistance, operational workflow, and hospitable phone and in-office communications. The person filling this position will need to be detail-oriented and able to adapt to varied assignments and changing workflow. A professional approach and spiritual attitude are always expected.

Our facilities team supports the mission of the church by helping maintain safe, clean, welcoming, and well-functioning facilities for worship services, ministries, staff, and community events. This role ensures that church buildings and grounds are cared for with excellence so that ministry can happen without distraction.

Our Kids on the Korner program (KOTK) Teachers create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where young children can learn, play, and grow. This role leads age-appropriate activities, fosters positive relationships with children and families, and supports each child's social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development while contributing to a caring and welcoming classroom community. We have both a Mon/Wed and Tues/Thurs opening.

Our Preschool Assistant Director supports our Preschool Ministry by helping create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for our preschoolers and their families. This role assists with classroom activities, builds positive relationships with children, parents, and volunteers, and helps ensure ministry programs run smoothly while supporting the mission and values of the church.
