The person filling this position will be responsible for assisting the Pastoral and Ministerial Staff and teams in maintaining and advancing operational aspects of Thompson Station Church. Duties will include clerical and administrative work, project oversight, financial/accounting assistance, operational workflow, and hospitable phone and in-office communications. The person filling this position will need to be detail-oriented and able to adapt to varied assignments and changing workflow. A professional approach and spiritual attitude are always expected.

The TSC summer intern program is designed to equip emerging leaders with practical ministry experience. You will work closely with our staff, ministry leaders, and our servant leaders to support our mission to help all people connect with Jesus, find community, discover their calling, and make a difference.

Our facilities team supports the mission of the church by helping maintain safe, clean, welcoming, and well-functioning facilities for worship services, ministries, staff, and community events. This role ensures that church buildings and grounds are cared for with excellence so that ministry can happen without distraction.
